These are the terms for buying from Eli Print Shop. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them out loud.
Who you are buying from
Eli Print Shop is operated by [LEGAL NAME] at [ADDRESS, if required where you trade]. The shop is run by Eli, who is 12, with an adult responsible for the business, the payments, and these terms.
Ordering
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping unless it says so.
- Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.
- If a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour a mistake.
- We may decline or cancel any order, and will always refund in full when we do.
Everything is printed to order
Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Your toy starts printing after you order, which is why it takes a couple of days and why every one is slightly its own thing.
Colours and finish
Filament colours vary between spools, and screens show colour differently. Choosing Eli's Choice means Eli picks whatever suits the model that day. Small layer lines are normal — they are a feature of 3D printing, not a fault.
Safety and age
- Everything is printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, and hand-finished so no sharp edges leave the workshop.
- These are not suitable for children under 3. Articulated models and clickers have small parts that could be a choking hazard.
- They are toys, not tools or safety equipment. Keep them away from heat — PLA softens in a hot car or dishwasher.
Custom orders
Custom colours and requests are welcome through the contact page. We will agree the price and timing with you before anything is printed. Custom pieces made specifically for you may not be returnable — see shipping & returns.
The Clicky game
The Clicky game is for fun. Progress is saved in your own browser, has no cash value, and can disappear if you clear your browser data.
Our designs and this site
The Eli Print Shop name, logo, photographs, and the words on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own shop. Products bought here are for personal use — please do not resell them or reproduce the designs commercially.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind everything we sell — see the wiggle guarantee in shipping & returns. Beyond replacing or refunding a faulty item, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
