How long it takes
Every toy is printed after you order it, so give us 2–4 days to print, finish, and click-test yours before it ships. Big orders and custom pieces can take up to a week — we will tell you if yours will.
What shipping costs
- $4.99 flat rate anywhere in the United States.
- Free on orders of $25 or more.
- Free local pickup — choose it by emailing us before you order and we will sort it out.
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are elsewhere and really want something, ask and we will see what we can do.
The wiggle guarantee
If a joint sticks or a clicker will not click, Eli reprints it free. Every toy should move like it means it. Email us with a photo or a short video and we will print you a new one — you do not need to send the first one back.
Returns and refunds
- Changed your mind? Email us within 30 days of delivery. Send it back unused and we will refund the item price.
- Return postage is on you unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days of the parcel arriving.
- Custom pieces made specifically for you cannot be returned for a change of mind — but the wiggle guarantee still covers them if something is wrong.
Damaged in the post
If it arrives broken, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it. Keep the packaging if you can — it helps us work out what went wrong and pack better next time.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will happily resend it once you cover the postage again.
