Eli Print Shop is a small shop. We collect as little as possible, we do not sell anything about you to anyone, and we never see your card details.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, and shipping address, so we can print the right thing and send it to the right place.
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and message, recorded so Eli can read it and reply.
When you browse: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. See below.

Your card details

We never see your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, on Stripe's own pages. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this website or any computer of ours. We only ever see what you bought, what it cost, and where to ship it.

Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at. It is deliberately privacy-first:

It sets no cookies and uses no fingerprinting.
It does not follow you across other websites.
It cannot identify you. We see totals, not people.

That is the only analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker.

Things stored in your browser

A few things are saved on your own device, in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us:

What is in your cart, so it survives a refresh.
Whether you turned the click sounds off.
Your progress in the Clicky game.

Clearing your browser data clears all of it.

Children

This shop sells toys, so children are very welcome to look around. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Orders should be placed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Who else sees your information

Stripe — payment processing.
Cloudflare — hosting and anonymous visit statistics.
A shipping carrier — your delivery address, so the parcel arrives.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Keeping and deleting

We keep order records for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and to honour the guarantee. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except anything we are legally required to keep.
